The two stars are for good packaging - sealed bag inside container.
This matcha has very poor taste for ceremonial grade and is much more bitter than any other brand I've tried. The powder also does not ever fully dissolve after whisking. I admit that I don't specifically check the water temperature or use a tea bowl, but I do use an actual matcha whisk in a large/wide mug and I've only had so many leftover clumps with a cheap brand or culinary grade.
Background: I've made matcha every day at work for over 2 years now and this is the 6th brand of ceremonial grade I've tried. I used this for 2 full weeks before deciding to leave a review.
